He shares his insights about 2020 ad budgets predicting that digital media spending will just about equal television ad budgets this year with each taking about one-third of the estimated $20 billion to be spent on all races.  Kip also cautions about the impact of the rising cost of running campaigns in state and local races and the trend towards starting political campaigns earlier and earlier.
