Steven Alembik, Founder, SMA Communications is an expert on voter data and how it is collected, stored, and made accessible by each individual state.  Steven talks about the need to clean up the data on voter rolls using related data bases to track such things as new addresses and deaths to reduce misuse of absentee ballots.  Steven also points out that living in Florida, he has seen, up close, trouble tabulating all ballots, another challenge to make sure every vote counts.
