The rate of engagement with live callers on both mobile devices and landlines is increasing, people are showing more patience for answering phone surveys, and door-to-door is still the most persuasive way to reach voters although from a safe distance. With possible delays in delivery of direct mail, phone will be even more important in the election of 2020.
