Kyle Roberts, President, Smart Media Group is just back from the National Association of Broadcasters conference and reports that we are headed for a world of IP based broadcast media with more consolidation of content providers and increased abilities to target viewers particularly on mobile devices. We also talk about the current wave of ads from Super PACS and what it really takes to build relationships with voters to move them from just watching ads to becoming engaged with a campaign.
