Ron Kagan Founder Mailin2020.org a non-profit organization has launched a comprehensive site that provides state by state mail-in ballot directions to educate voters about the ways to receive and return their ballots.  With an entrepreneurial background and experience as a software developer for large financial institutions, Ron has designed an easy to use site that provides detailed steps, collects no information and includes official links to provide more information for voters.  He is also making this site available to other non-profits conducting voter registration and get out the vote efforts.
