Ted Peterson, digital director at the National Republican Congressional Committee talks with Kate Kaye about the focus of the NRCC in the Georgia special election to fill the vacant House seat in the 6th Congressional district.  While this race got national attention, Ted focused on raising money from low dollar donors and turning out the base Republican voters while running negative ads against the top Democratic candidate Jon Ossoff.  Plans underway for the run-off campaign.
